We built a natural-language “documentation concierge” that understands plain-English queries, combs through entire project libraries, and returns the exact passage together with source highlighting. Role-based permissions keep proprietary data secure, while enterprise-scale indexing means new documents are ready to query in minutes.

Alongside the chatbot, we delivered an admin dashboard where project managers can create bids, drag-and-drop documentation, and manage team access from a single screen. This birds-eye view replaced scattered spreadsheets and emails, making hand-offs smoother and reducing ramp-up time for new staff.

Very quickly, daily search time dropped to a fraction of its former level, yielding a significant reduction in labor costs. More importantly, teams now enter bid meetings confident that every requirement line has been covered.

Every bid TC Electric submits carries more than 5 000 pages of technical requirements. Engineers were losing over an hour each day scrolling or Ctrl-F-ing through PDFs, and a missed clause could trigger cost overruns or compliance risk.
