Luka Abramović founded Adamant Code in 2023 in Rijeka, Croatia, and still leads every engagement personally. The name comes from an ancient word for an unbreakable stone, a reminder to build software that is reliable and easy to maintain.
Today Luka leads a three-person core team: Matej Paus sets the technical direction and Matej Poljanic runs delivery and quality. Together they work with clients across the US, UK and EU.
Founder & CEO
As founder, Luka is in the room for every decision that matters. He runs the first conversation on every engagement, decides with you what is worth building and stays accountable through release, so trade-offs and bad news come straight from the founder. A marine engineer who taught himself to code at sea, he brings one habit to every project: understand the system before you change it.
CTO
Matej is the technical authority behind every Adamant Code build. Over more than eight years he has gone from full-stack developer at iOLAP, where he was twice named Employee of the Quarter, to software solutions architect at Kantun Devs. That depth across web applications, backend services, databases and cloud infrastructure sets our technical direction: he chooses the architecture, the stack and the engineering standards each project is built on.
Head of Delivery
Matej spent nearly four years at Spark Adriatic in help desk, support engineering and quality assurance, so he knows software from the side of the people who use it and the people who test it. He brings that to every project he leads: clear requirements, edge cases tested and releases checked before they reach you. When something does go wrong, he knows how to triage it fast and keep you informed.
