Product development for founders

Turn your domain expertise into a product people can use

Bring an idea, wireframes or an early MVP. We shape, design and build the first release with you.

GTS Innovative. A web marketplace we shaped, designed and built from the founder's rough wireframes.

A good starting point

Your market knowledge. Our product and engineering judgment.

You bring

  • Knowledge of the problem and the people who have it
  • A way to reach prospective users for feedback
  • Funding available for a useful first phase
  • Time to make decisions and test with users

We bring

  • Product decisions and first-release scope
  • User experience and interface design
  • Full-stack engineering, with AI where it helps
  • Testing and release

From product idea to useful release

Make the first version worth putting into people's hands

  1. 01

    Choose one useful first release

Start with a specific user and the job they need to finish. We work through the complete journey, decide what belongs in the first release and agree what can wait.

  2. 02

Design the experience and the rules

Make the screens, roles, permissions and unusual cases clear before they become expensive surprises. We bring product and technical judgment to the design, and can work with your existing designer.

  3. 03

Build and test the whole journey

Connect the interface, application, integrations and admin tools. We test against a shared completion checklist so both teams know what ready means.

  4. 04

Release, learn and choose what comes next

Put the agreed version into use, address defects and use feedback to guide the next phase. Your longer roadmap stays open to what you learn from users.

GTS Innovative · Web marketplace

A founder's vision became a complete product

GTS arrived with rough wireframes for a marketplace connecting inventors, service providers and investors. We clarified the journeys, permissions and product logic, designed the experience and built the application.

“You guys blew past the timelines, but it wasn't sloppy. We didn't rush through and then have to go back and fix a ton of things.”
Kalen, Founder, GTS Innovative

Spinio · Web and mobile recommendation product

We built the product experience, knowledge base and recommendation engine, connecting user preferences to a structured catalog.

TNM Coaching · A coaching methodology in software

We translated TNM's coaching expertise into Leelou AI, with text and voice interaction, memory, accountability and reporting across two major versions.

Working together

A clear phase goal. Progress you can review each week.

Later phases and priorities can be revisited as the product develops.

Read the engagement terms

  • Planning, design, development and testing included
  • Initial workshops usually in week one, sometimes extending into week two

Before you commit to a build

Do we need a finished specification or design?

No. Bring what you have, whether that is an idea, wireframes, research or an early product. We work through the intended users, key journeys and constraints together. We can also collaborate with your existing designer or product team.

Can we work together before the product has revenue?

Yes. You need knowledge of the problem, a credible way to reach prospective users and available funding for a useful first phase. A planned investment round for later expansion is different from needing that investment before any meaningful work can begin.

How does the engagement work?

We work one week at a time, paid at the start of each week, covering planning, design, development and testing. Initial workshops usually take place in week one and may extend into week two. Together we agree what the phase needs to do and how we will test it. Collaboration includes client portal messaging and a weekly 30-minute meeting.

How do we plan the budget and timeline?

We discuss the available budget and first-release goal, then explain the scope, assumptions and uncertainties behind an estimate. User roles, web or mobile delivery, integrations and testing all affect the effort. The weekly fee is agreed before work starts, and we revisit later phases and priorities as the product develops.

Who owns the product and source code?

Unless your signed agreement states otherwise, transferable rights in final deliverables created specifically for you pass to you once the corresponding fees are paid in full. We agree the deliverables and source-code, design-file and repository handover in the scope. Pre-existing tools and third-party components retain their own ownership and licensing terms. Our terms explain the details.

Can you build web and mobile products? Does it need AI?

We build web and mobile software and choose the platform around how people will use the product. AI is optional. We show relevant work and explain our actual role in each project so you can assess the experience that matters to your build.

What happens after a phase is completed?

Each completed phase includes 30 days of bug fixing at no extra charge. We can then agree the next phase or ongoing support around what users need. Customer acquisition and marketing remain with your team.

See our ownership and handover terms for the full conditions.

What does your first release need to make possible?

Bring your idea, wireframes or existing product. We'll discuss who will use it, the result they need and the next step worth funding.
