1. Who is responsible

2. Information we process

Website delivery and security

When your browser requests this site, our hosting and content-delivery providers may process technical request information such as your IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device type, and error or security signals. This is needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and keep it secure. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website.

PostHog analytics, session replay, and surveys

If you accept optional analytics, we use PostHog Cloud EU to understand how people find and use the site. PostHog may process a pseudonymous visitor and session identifier, page URLs, referrer and campaign parameters, clicks, scrolls, time on page, device and browser details, IP address and approximate country or region derived from it, errors and performance information, and privacy-protected session replays. Like other internet services, PostHog receives the source IP when accepting a request; we configure the project to discard client IP data rather than retain the raw address. Replays help us see navigation and usability problems; they are not used for advertising.

After consent, PostHog may also show a voluntary website-feedback survey. If you submit one, PostHog processes your selections, rating, and any optional written response. Please do not include personal, sensitive, or confidential information in a survey response. You can dismiss a survey without submitting it.

Outside a survey you choose to submit, we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking answers, notes, meeting links, or free-text input values to PostHog. PostHog receives analytics through our first-party ingestion path and processes the project in its EU cloud. Our legal basis is your consent. No PostHog analytics, autocapture, replay, surveys, heatmaps, or cookieless measurement runs while your choice is pending or after you reject optional analytics. Read the PostHog Privacy Notice.

Booking a call through Cal.com

Our booking buttons open a page on Cal.com. The Cal.com page is separate from this website and Cal.com processes the information you submit there under its own notice. We receive the contact and scheduling details needed to arrange the call and follow up with you.

To measure whether our site leads to a booking, Cal.com can notify our server about booking lifecycle events such as creation, cancellation, rescheduling, scheduled start or end, and no-show status. If you accepted analytics, the booking link can carry an analytics consent marker, a pseudonymous PostHog visitor identifier, and allowlisted attribution such as UTM campaign values, CTA location, and landing page. The resulting PostHog event is limited to those attribution values, opaque booking and event-type references, booking status and timing, duration and no-show state where applicable. We exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, ordinary booking answers, and meeting URLs. Read the Cal.com Privacy Policy.

Contacting us

If you email or otherwise contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, company, message, and our correspondence. We use it to answer your request, discuss a possible project, provide services, and maintain appropriate business records. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding and managing business communications, depending on the context.

Videos and media

Videos uploaded directly to our site can be delivered by our hosting or content-delivery providers like other website files. Some case studies may instead contain a video hosted by a third party, such as Vimeo, Cloudflare Stream, Mux, Bunny Stream, or another provider selected in our content system. We do not load a third-party video frame until you select its clearly labelled load button. If you do, your browser connects to the named provider, which may receive your IP address, browser and referrer information and may use its own cookies or similar storage. That one-time choice is separate from the PostHog analytics setting.

3. Who receives information

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and operate the website or arrange meetings; professional advisers where necessary; and public authorities when the law requires it. The providers described above process information under their contracts and privacy terms. We do not sell website visitor data and we do not use advertising pixels on this site.

4. International processing

Our PostHog project uses PostHog Cloud EU. Other providers, including a video provider you choose to load or Cal.com when you visit its booking page, may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses supplied by those providers.

5. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet security, legal, accounting, and dispute requirements. Under our current PostHog project settings, analytics events may be retained for up to 84 months and session replays for 30 days. Expired data can remain briefly while deletion completes, and a changed replay period applies only to new recordings. We review these periods and delete analytics data earlier when it is no longer useful for website improvement. Technical logs follow our infrastructure providers’ log rotation and security-retention periods. Booking and correspondence records are kept while we arrange or provide services and afterward for any period required for business, tax, legal, or dispute purposes. Your browser keeps the privacy-choice value for up to 180 days, unless you change it or clear site storage sooner.

6. Your choices and rights

You can accept, reject, or change optional analytics at any time through the Cookie settings control in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. You may also clear this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Croatia, that authority is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). To make a request, email luka@adamantcode.com. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.

7. Children

This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects a consent choice, we will ask again where required.
