Connect your current tools
The tools work individually, but people repeat data entry or coordinate the handoffs between them.
Check what information can move between systems, which record is authoritative and how exceptions will be handled.
Custom business software
When standard tools cannot support an important workflow, we help you define and build the application your business needs. From internal tools and customer portals to new capabilities in an existing product, we connect business rules, user experience and engineering from the start.

Business decisions and technical decisions belong together.
Product strategy, UX, AI behavior, full-stack engineering, integrations, and deployment stay with one accountable team. The decisions stay connected from the first scope conversation to the release.
A useful division of responsibility
From business need to working software
We work through the business need and current process with you, then choose a focused improvement that is useful enough to put into real use.
We map roles, screens, decisions, data and the moments when a person needs to stay in control. AI behavior is defined where the workflow calls for it.
We build the interface, application, integrations, admin tools and infrastructure, with AI where it adds practical value.
We test critical paths, deploy the product, fix defects in the delivered scope, and learn from the first users.
One product, built as a whole
We shaped the product, designed more than 50 screens, structured over 15 core workflows, and built a six-step AI invention process. The founder worked with one team from early product decisions to the polished build.
The first conversation
We will discuss who relies on the workflow, where the current setup falls short and the next step worth exploring.
TNM Coaching brought an established coaching methodology. We worked with its team to turn that expertise into Leelou AI, a multilingual text-and-voice product with memory, accountability, HR reporting, and guardrails. Around 18 months and two major versions show how much product judgment can sit behind a conversational interface.
For Juggle Ease, we delivered a multilingual voice assistant that connected to the existing app API. Users could create, edit, and delete lists, todos, reminders, trackers, and events by voice. Our scope was the AI assistant and action integration; the mobile app and its API already existed.
The feature was delivered on the promised timeline. This is delivery evidence; post-launch adoption and retention were not measured in this engagement.

Check what information can move between systems, which record is authoritative and how exceptions will be handled.
A standard tool already covers the workflow, access controls, and integrations you need.
Test it with representative users and data before investing in a custom build.
An important workflow needs business rules, permissions or user experiences that available tools cannot support adequately.
Define one useful workflow, the checks it must pass and what will stay in your existing systems. Build only the missing capability.
If a decision depends on unresolved questions, investigate those questions first.

Each week covers whatever the project needs most: planning, design, development or testing. We start with your workflow and goals, agree what to tackle first, and adjust priorities together as the work takes shape.
Every build includes a 30-day bug-fixing period after completion, covered by us. Ongoing maintenance, AI tuning, and new improvements are scoped separately.
With a conversation about your workflow and what needs to change. From there we work week by week, covering planning, design, development and testing, and agree priorities together as we go.
The first-release scope, user roles, data quality, integrations, AI evaluation, design work, and deployment requirements determine the effort. Access, feedback, and third-party dependencies also affect timing. We share an initial estimate once we understand the work and revisit it with you as priorities change.
An owner who can make decisions, examples of the workflow and exceptions, access to the relevant systems and data where appropriate, and people who understand the users. We agree the inputs and review points before work starts. A complete technical specification is not required.
Marketing execution, staff augmentation, and unlimited revisions or support are outside our standard product-build engagement. We agree together what each phase includes.
No. Bring the workflow, the people it affects and examples of where the current approach breaks down. We help clarify the business rules, constraints and first useful improvement.
