Inventor journey
AI-assisted invention creation, feeds, and collaboration.
We translated a founder's market vision into 50+ screens, 15+ workflows, and a structured invention process for inventors, service providers, investors, and admins.

The founder knew the audience, the collaboration opportunity, and the high-level marketplace concept. What did not yet exist was the product structure: the journeys, permissions, pricing logic, edge cases, account types, and AI output needed to make the idea coherent.
Every role changed what the others could see and do. The product needed to support invention development, discovery, confidentiality, messaging, jobs, reviews, and administration without turning the first release into an unbounded wish list.
Inventors, service providers, investors, and admins each needed a distinct path through the same marketplace.
Invention visibility and collaboration needed an NDA-based permission workflow without making legal protection promises.
Mobile apps, escrow, advertising, and recommendations had to be separated from the product needed for the initial release.
We worked as the product and engineering team behind the founder's domain vision. That meant defining the product, designing the experience, structuring the AI workflow, building the marketplace, and protecting the release from unnecessary scope.
We translated the idea into roles, permissions, journeys, edge cases, and release requirements.
We created the design system and connected more than 50 screens into a usable cross-role product.
We challenged additions that would delay learning without strengthening the first complete product.
GTS Innovative had a clear market vision and rough wireframes, but the user journeys, permissions, product logic, and AI workflow still needed definition. We turned that starting point into a complete marketplace platform.
AI-assisted invention creation, feeds, and collaboration.
Discovery, outreach, profiles, messaging, and feeds.
NDA-based permission gate for invention viewing.
The six-step AI workflow helps an inventor turn an early thought into a more complete concept that can enter the marketplace.
The inventor describes the idea, problem, and intended use in a guided product flow.
AI-assisted research helps frame the surrounding market and the invention's context.
Materials, components, brainstorming, refinement, and imagery make the concept more concrete.
The resulting invention can be categorized, presented, and shared through the appropriate permission flow.
The AI experience sits inside a complete multi-role marketplace rather than operating as a standalone generator.
Inventors, providers, and investors use profiles, feeds, search, saved items, and dashboards built around their goals.
Messaging, jobs, reviews, notifications, and outreach support work between users.
An NDA-based permission gate manages who can view protected invention details.
Admin tools and guided onboarding keep the larger marketplace manageable as users enter it.
The product was completed and polished across 50+ screens, 15+ core workflows, and a six-step AI invention process. Fifty service providers were invited. This shows a completed product and launch preparation, but it does not establish ongoing marketplace participation.
A non-technical founder can bring the market insight while a product-build partner supplies the structure needed to turn that insight into roles, workflows, permissions, UX, and working software.
We can help define the product, challenge the scope, design the experience, and build the AI workflow and software around it.
